Premium Plans Fair Use Policy

Our Premium Plans are designed for standard business use. Unreasonable or excessive use, including but not limited to the following, may result in modifications to your service:

  1. No Reselling or Redistribution: Services provided are for the direct use of the subscribing business and must not be resold or shared externally.
  2. Network Integrity: Activities that cause significant congestion or disruption to our network are strictly prohibited.
  3. Modification of Plans: Think Pickle reserves the right to modify or suspend your plan if misuse is detected.

Prohibited Activities

To protect our network and customers, the following activities are explicitly prohibited:

  • Sending spam or unsolicited bulk communications.
  • Hosting servers or services without prior approval.
  • Using automated systems (e.g., SIM boxes or auto-diallers) that overload the network.
  • Engaging in activities that violate the Spam Act 2003 or any Australian regulations.

Excessive Use

If your usage exceeds the limits specified in your plan or impacts the performance of the network, Think Pickle may:

  • Throttle your data speeds to manage network load.
  • Apply additional charges based on the excess usage.
  • Suspend or terminate your service.

Security Obligations

You are responsible for securing your devices and accounts to prevent unauthorised access. We recommend:

  • Using strong passwords.
  • Installing and maintaining antivirus and firewall software.
  • Regularly updating your devices and applications.

Monitoring and Compliance

Think Pickle reserves the right to:

  • Monitor your usage to ensure compliance with this Policy.
  • Take necessary actions, including reporting illegal activities to law enforcement authorities.
  • Update this Policy with prior notice to users, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
