Can I use the softphone on mobile data?

What’s the difference between the softphone and the remote desktop tool?
The softphone is your business phone app — it lets you make and receive calls on your number from your computer or mobile. The remote desktop tool is only used during support calls to let a Pickle technician view your screen and help resolve an issue. It’s session‑based and controlled by you.
