Managed 4G/5G business internet using Telstra Smart Modem Gen 3. Geolocked to your site with DDNS remote access — ideal for strata, commercial sites, backup WAN, and lift deployments.
Get sites online fast — perfect for new builds, temporary sites, or as a backup link.
Leverages Telstra’s 4G/5G network for locations without easy fixed access.
Included configuration for secure remote diagnostics and support.
Locked to your approved service address for governance and stability.
Professional install option with documentation for comms rooms and shared areas.
A managed business service with clear qualification, install and assurance steps.
We confirm coverage, performance expectations and address geolock suitability.
Self‑install for simple sites, or Professional Install for strata, lift or marginal signal scenarios.
Activate SIM, optimise placement, enable DDNS, validate WAN and document settings.
We provide remote access for diagnostics and clear escalation for service assurance.
Designed for building environments, emergency readiness and rapid deployment.
Business‑grade hardware with LAN ports for rack/router integration.
SMA antenna for low‑signal areas such as basements, rooftops or lift rooms.
Service locked to the approved address with change control.
Secure remote diagnostics for lift controllers, routers and CCTV where approved.
Supports UPS‑backed installs for lift/emergency use resilience.
Use as failover path for Business Broadband or Enterprise Ethernet.
24‑month managed service with optional Professional Install.
Actual speed varies by network conditions and site placement.
Rooftop or window line‑of‑sight (with external antenna) delivers the strongest signal in dense areas.
MDF/comms room installs are supported — ensure rack space and UPS coverage, and consider external antenna cabling if signal is marginal.
Basement installs typically require the external SMA antenna and verified UPS runtime for emergency/lift use.
Early termination and hardware return terms apply.

Who is eligible for Pickle Fixed Wireless?
Business and strata customers only — including strata corporations, body corporates, commercial property owners and ABN/ACN holders. Residential consumer deployments aren’t supported.
Is this suitable for lift and emergency use?
Yes, when paired with a suitable voice solution (e.g. SIP/ATA) and installed with UPS power. Commissioned emergency call testing and remote access verification are required.
What speeds should we expect?
The modem supports up to 250/50 Mbps, but actual performance depends on Telstra network conditions, signal strength and placement. We verify expectations during qualification.
Can we add an external antenna for low‑signal areas?
Yes. An external SMA antenna is available for basements, rooftops and lift rooms. Professional Install may be required depending on mounting and access.
How is remote access provided?
We configure Dynamic DNS (DDNS) for secure remote diagnostics of approved devices such as lift controllers, routers and CCTV. Standard firewall best practices apply.
Is this a primary internet service or a backup?
It can serve as a rapid primary link where fixed access isn’t viable, and as a managed backup WAN for resilience. It’s not a substitute for dedicated enterprise fibre.
